OnlySue12 found on the Internet and wrote because she was looking for a place to make new friends and to feel at home. She wrote:

"I have been out of touch with the internet as I am sailing up the coast of Queensland looking for warmer weather.Well it is winter here and about 23 deg c I am sitting on my boat in a small bay coffee in hand I seem to have a bit of internet so am sending emails...  I am in my fifteys own my own boat 38 foot which I live on, mostly sail by myself for the last two years. Ann and I sailed a lot of the Pacific ocean now my brother is with me some times on long trips. Ann loved to sail..."

Sue was invited to join IOL and quickly made herself at home. She wasn't shy about showing appreciation for this new place she called home. On the 21st July 2009, she wrote:

"i will be moving to the percy island group of the coast of Queensland tonight so no internet for a few days have to go with the high tide so I dont bump my bum that is the boats bum will be back in touch by sunday all the best & thanks for this site love it .Sue"

Sue eagerly shared about life on the sea, the life she had made for herself over the years and the love she had shared with her partner of 32 years, Ann. Then all too soon, she sailed away.

Sue, we will always remember you.

I agree, Low. And I think your tribute video is beautiful. It's kinda how I pictured sailing to Crazy would be

Took some time to listen to the selection of music... lovely and touching.
